How to Claim Your Prize:
- You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID(driver's license or birth certificate)before prizes may be released. If you want someone else to pick up your prize, they must come with a letter from you and a photocopy of your official ID(driver's license or birth certificate). The letter must name who will be picking up your prize and include their home telephone number. Please note the prize that you won and the date of winning. Please make a courtesy call to EZ Rock's switchboard(264-2351)to confirm that you will be sending someone BEFORE picking up you prize.
- Some prizes will not be awarded to winners who are under 18 years of age. In some specific cases, ie. trip winners, parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winner's behalf.
- Please be aware that our station policy is that listeners are not permitted to win more than once in a 30 day period.
- All prizes are non-transferrable, non-refundable and have no cash value. There will be no substitutions. For more info on call-in contests, click here.
