Full Time Sales & Service Counter
The Sales and Service Counter Representative provides organization and execution for the day to day operations of Cummins and International Heavy Equipment. He/she provides the necessary sales with heavy equipment and customer service skills to maintain and enhance our corporate image, and attain established targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- • Ensure courteous, knowledgeable and efficient service to all customers to maximize 100% customer satisfaction.
- • Maintain established inventory control procedures.
- • Administer warranty, other company policy and procedures and make the day-by-day operational decisions.
- • Coordinate and follow up with customer parts and tool orders
- • Co-ordinate all processes such as cash controls; returns; warranty; paper routines, to comply with internal audit standards.
- • General service branch opening and closing responsibilities including cash registers and computers
- • Assist with shipping and receiving within the Branch

Cummins and International Full Time Heavy Equipment Mechanic
The successful candidate will have a post secondary technical education in a related discipline and or a mechanics license with a minimum of 3 years heavy equipment experience or the equivalent work experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. The successful applicant must also hold a valid driver's license.
The position responsibilities include installation, repair and commissioning of heavy industrial equipment, trouble shooting mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, and rebuilding / refurbishing previously used equipment. The incumbent will also assist and / or facilitate repair and operation of our equipment to dealer service technicians at dealer sites.
